Airport pick-up will be available for participants of the IDEC2012 arriving during the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm the day before the conference. You can take a taxicab from the airport to Caguas which will cost approximately $60 USD and take about 30 – 40 minutes. The Tourism Company has an information booth near the baggage pick-up area, and will provide travelers with the taxi fee for the taxi driver.

The Grand Artistic Closing Ceremony with Our Youth 20 IDEC 2012 that was to be held Wednesday March 28 at 7:30 pm has been postponed by rain for Thursday March 29 at the same time. The activity is going to be celebrated at the same place where it was scheduled: in the Paseo de las Artes de Caguas Abelardo Diaz Alfaro.
We have another opportunity to share and celebrate. Everyone is invited.
